? Reviewed the BAS design and compared it with the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) blueprint drawing to ensure the BAS design parameters were correct and the MEP drawing illustrated the BAS components accurately.
? Liaised with other engineers such as the HVAC engineer, mechanical engineer and plumbing engineer, electrical engineer to maintain up-to-date design information and parameters.
? Developed the conceptual design from German headquarter office through to the handover period of the project.
? Compiled an accurate Bill of Quantity (BOQ) list of all the components in the design and estimated the work load and hours in each bidding package for the contractors.
? Reviewed the Tendering Technology document (wiring diagram) from the contractor to verify it met the requirement of the current BAS bidding design.
