? Responsible for conducting research and performing analysis of clientele?s related party transactions, business and financial from transfer pricing perspective and highlighting potential risks arising from clients' operations in respect to review and provide information of the TP implications from its? business planning or restructuring. ? Responsible for writing first draft TP documentation and memoranda (i.e., Company, Industry, Functional, and Economic Analyses) in accordance to the Indonesian TP regulations, OECD guidelines and bilateral Tax Treaty requirements for submission with the tax authority and clients. ? Engage in various communications with high-level employees and clients i.e. Conducting functional interviews and verification of data with president directors, CEOs and managers as key personnel. ? Engaged in wide-ranging portfolio of clients ? Manufacture (i.e. Automotive, Garment, Household appliances, etc.) Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Commodities Chemical, and Financial Services industries. ? Help organize exhibitions, events, seminars, briefings and other activities that aim to create awareness and promote better understanding of Tax and Transfer Pricing issues and regulations especially Indonesia's current regulations. ? Provide Bahasa Indonesia and English translation of the Transfer Pricing Documentation and other deliverables for Senior/Manager/Partner review prior submission to the clients or Tax Office.
