As an intern, i worked in counseling helpline and in a tenure of 4 months of internship i was able to take counseling calls on the issues of mental and psychological health from Pakistan and overseas and maintained its proper record. I also learned to make monthly progress reports, analyzing caller data, assessments, interviews (of clients and trainers), documentation of training workshops and feedback evaluation.
