Developing and coordinating of the annual planning (production budgets, financial reporting, marketing, general coordination of productions? accommodation, transport and financial matters).
Active participation in the setting up of proposals, fundraising, budget allocations and the reporting thereof.
Supervision of all staff members directly related to the company and each production that is being produced.
Directing of the flagship production of the company each year.
General administration.
