Taking ownership of key responsibilities and compliance management strategy
Establishing and overseeing compliance management plans, policies and processes ensuring legal compliance with various acts and regulations, labour law as well as corporate governance within the company
Identifying and mitigation of all legislative risks through legal research and consultation with external industry leaders
Monitoring and interpreting industry developments
Advise on any Labour Legislation amendments and the effect thereof on the company

Regular interaction and relationship building with Unions, specifically relating to unions affiliated with MEIBC, MIBCO and NBCRFLI
Stakeholder meetings with Department of Labour
Responsible for Compliance Department budget planning, the implementation and the management thereof
