? Ensure that all supporting document such as Field Reports, Delivery Tickets, etc. Are all made available in a timely manner.
? Assist in estimating cost of all services & establish the appropriate pricing to propose to the clients.
? Controlling operations expenses & ensure that all spending is made according to the budget approved
? Responsible for defining the scope of work job of all employees assigned to the area in attainable standards.
? Monitoring performance of staff against standards in accordance to the company policies, guidelines & reporting performance to Ops. Mgr.
