? I have a quality improvement plan and that is to manage waiting times of patients at the pharmacy. I made different cues for different patients for example elderly patients above 65, children under 8, pregnant woman and prisoners. This way those patients waiting times is decreased as well as the other patients in the cue.
? I assisted in core standard evaluation preparations for the National Health Insurance.
? I assisted in the renewal of the pharmacy premises at the Pharmacy council
? I am currently registered as a tutor for assistants, one learner basic assistant and one basic assistant.
? As from 2014 I will be able to register as a tutor for an intern as I made three years of working experience at the end of 2013.
? Assisting in primary healthcare facility visits to minimise expired stock and maintaining stock levels. Also assisting in training nursing staff at clinics entraining needs.
? Reason for leaving: I wanted to expand my horizons in other pharmaceutical services.
