? Team leader for the shift for all administration & technical records, component planning activities & oversee support services for the shift in totality.
? Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly.
? Updating/preparing complied AD, ASB, SB, and EO Monthly Status Reports carried out on Aircrafts/Engines/Propeller/components.
? Review, Validate Aircraft time & cycle data/utilization
Update & Monitor Removal/ Installation as well as maintenance task performed on Aircraft/ Engines/ APU/propeller assembly and components, thereby ensuring components life are not exceeded using Maintenance Tracking System.
? Auditing & Airworthiness review of all airworthiness documents including work cards, work packages (light and heavy checks, out of phase items, and modifications) and revert to maintenance and Quality department on any discrepancies, raising ESR(engineering safety reports), physical check work orders to correct them
? Assist on maintenance due report/ forecast along side with Maintenance Planning Section.
? Prepare/ Review Aircraft and Engine redelivery documents for A/C redelivery to Lessor (Summary Status List such as A/C, Propeller and Engine AD/SB/EO, LLP Sheet, LLP Traceability, Hard Time and on condition components status list and release certificates, delivery documents, and redelivery documents)
? Prepare/ Consolidate/ Validate Technical Documents, in accordance with the approved AMP, for Audits by QA, GCAA and ensure that all the GCAA requirements in particular to CAR-M and CAR 145 are followed.
? Compiling all technical reports to be sent to respective departments, A/C manufacturers, lessors and vendors.
? Ensure retention of continued airworthiness records in accordance with the regulatory period of time (as described in the CAME) in a controlled and well protected environment & are backed up regularly, stored independently and maintained in good condition so that the same can be recreated.
? Creating duty roster for the team to ensure proper work allocation considering KPI & to manage time and attendance. Raising all sorts of Service requests, Fault reports for the team so that workflow is not affected.

? Ensure operations run smoothly within departments such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, recycling, wellness, and transportation services.
? Recording all maintenance & overhauling works of all aircrafts, components.
? Assigns and performs & periodically audits complete engine, aircraft and component maintenance reviews insuring work scope requirements are satisfied, all log book documents are audited and all supporting documents are reviewed.

? Process the renewal procedure of CMR and C of A of aircraft fleet to ensure in time renewal.
? Procure and maintain a minimum stock of TLP and Issue TLP in sequential order to the aircraft. Receive completed TLP and associated documents from engineering.
? Necessary visits to the hangar to ensure updation of all technical records.
? Documentation for internal Quality audits / Flight airworthiness audits from DGSAS.
