? To ensure the accuracy of all reports generated by the center and ensure reports are sent to HQ on timely basis.
? Perform to promote the services offered by center through events, programs or activities with schools, JKKK or etc at a monthly interval.
? Conduct ICT Training to the locals. This is to educate them and let them know what IT is all about in order to bridge the gap between the urban and suburban.
? Create and upate the Pusat Internet 1 Malaysia website regularly.
