Job Responsibilities? Reporting to Project Manager.? Fixing of control points for the project with respect to Govt. Agency.? Preparing control points for the projects.? Pre-survey for the project.? Responsible for horizontal setting out & vertical profiles.? Setting out all types of Horizontal & vertical alignment.? Control of regular & irregular shaped building execution of structural & finished works.? Setting out of Grid lines & level as per site requirement using latest instrument in day to day activities.? Preparing short term programme from the main programme discussing with project manager.? Co-ordination for setting out data with design dept.? Responsible for accuracy of setting out to avoid re-work.? Weekly calibration for instruments carried out.? As per project specification, the monitoring of control points with regular interval.? Preparing as build for project after completion of project.? Involving all day to day operation at site.? Inspection with consultants in day to day activities.? Identifying & resolving design issues with consultants.? Monitoring progress, recording & reporting to Project Manager.? Maintaining daily site dairy.? Co-ordination with service installation.
