? Manages the overall activities of associates in delivering key functions within the different EUC Service area.
? Responsible for managing stakeholder?s ex[ectation and ensuring key deliverables are met.
? Develop strategies, implement and manage the support structure for multi-site operations support 24/7.
? Drives continuous improvement program and processes that contribute to an efficient and effective means of delivering IT service.
? Manages external vendor relationship and partners with external/internal clients for new and ongoing business requirements.
? Provide management updates/presentations through standardize or ad-hoc reporting.
? Drives employee engagement, performance management and aligns activities with ADP Philippines strategic objectives.
? Ensure stability and high availability of the local or global EUC infrastructure.
? Establishes and communicates goals and providesregular feedback to his associates, including developmental opportunities. Continuously reviews team performance, identifies and appropriately addresses opportunities for improvement.
? Creates a high-performance team environment that supports/reinforces associate development and retention. Provides periodic performance feedback and conducts annual performance reviews. Responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation management and performance management of the EUC associates. Assists in determining the team?s training requirements. Ensure timely and effective training is delivered to enhance skills of the team.
