1. Regular Monitoring and Supervision of the implementation of the NEMA license conditions and relevant regulations
2. Ensure implementation of the Environmental Management Plan in the ESIA report.
3. Regular Monitoring and Supervision of the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety requirements as per the OSHA 2007, EMCA (Amendment) 2015 and other related laws, regulations and policies.
4. Monitoring and supervision of the implementation by the contractor of the NEMA EIA License conditions
5. Provision of EHS-related technical support services between the contractor and the lead government and other agencies and stakeholders/ neighbours.
6. Attending technical meetings related to environment, health and safety and provide support to the proponents.
7. Attend all project site meetings and provide updates on the Environmental, Social, Health and Safety Impacts and their mitigation.
8. Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and Audits
