? Maintains lobby and reception area in an orderly appearance
? Grow/develop and manage the logistic service in East Africa.
? Receiving and answering calls. Receives and directs visitors to destination and records name, time, nature of business and host.
? Operates PABX telephone console (forwarded in the absence of telephone operator) to receive incoming messages and re-direct calls. Obtains caller's name and forwards call or takes message for person called upon.
? Type correspondence, lunch reports, travel request and other documents as requested.
? Collects and distributes messages and mail. Handles all courier related matters
? Provides support for office personnel i.e. Switchboard operator/admin assistants when required.
? Keeps track of some office supplies and maintains list of need items.
? Assist walk in clients and notifies appropriate personnel;
