I provide general secretarial and administration support to senior manager and the director. Carrying out routine administrative duties such as photocopying and filing, liaising with other staff members regulatory authorise and clients, writing, reporting and briefing papers such as Wills and Testaments and other correspondence. I am responsible for organising external and internal meetings. I am responsible for answering the telephone, screening telephone calls and enquiries of customers. Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and posts. Maintaining our accounts, creditors and debtors on Pastel. I am currently receiving in service training on auditing clients in the company. I can do Reconciliation of debit & credit, basic book keeping. I am also working with CIPRO to register of a new company and also do the annual returns for all our clients with their turn over amount. I can do VAT, PAYE EMP 201, IRP 5 Recon and I can also do registrations for our clients through SARS.
