My name is Rachel Eustace.
I believe I would be suited to this position with your company. All of my working life has been in the QSR industry. Starting with McDonald?s in mid 1995 through to 2004. For the past 9 years I have held various roles, Sandwich Artist/ Store Manager/ Training Manager/ Area Manager working at Subway Restaurants on the Gold Coast.
Currently, I am working as an Area Manager at Sub Central we own and operate Subway stores on the Gold Coast. A position I have held for 4 ½ years. Prior to this, I worked as a Training Manager and Store Manager also for Sub Central. I started working at Subway in 2006.
My primary role as an Area Manager is to maintain operations to Subway standard, Recruit/ Train and develop my team of Store Managers and casual staff to sufficiently and adequately undertake all operations of our business, whilst always delivering the best Customer Service to our customers.
I feel I have excellent organizational skills, am able to give/ take direction, lead by example, have a positive attitude and always give 100% in all that I do.
I have a reliable vehicle and hold an open drivers license.
I am interested in further developing my education; I have recently enrolled in a Diploma in Human Resource Management so as to update my skills.
