I am currently employed in Rockwell Land Corporation as a Residential Leasing Supervisor. I have been in this industry for 6 years. My primary role is to monitor my team's quota and supervise their performance in achieving our goal which is to increase our take up in rentals and protect our capital value. As an employee, I am ambitious; not for myself but for the success of the company. I am a type of person that is willing to accept any challenge or task that is given to me as long as I know it will be a help for my team and to the company.
