? Accurately updates information as required.
? Develop electronic filing archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents to internal users and client.
? Provide full admin support to the team.
? Maintain folder access on internal server for relevant stakeholders and issuing of document logs for each project.
? Prepare monthly Document Control Design report for Client.
? Use of Pablo (Purchasing Software) to raise purchase request and purchase Order.
