I have been working as a HSE professional and Return to Work Coordinator for several years where I am directly responsible for ensuring HSE compliance, identifying improvements to HSE functions, implementing improvements and overseeing the management of change to all matters HSE across the 5 jurisdictions that organisation operates within.
I have extensive knowledge and experience working with various stakeholders, demonstrating excellence in the development or review of processes, programs, procedures, internal safety and return to work standards, tools and resources to proactively enhance workplace health and safety thereby gaining the organisation recognition as the principal contractor of choice.
I have been actively involved in the implementation of risk reduction strategies that influence the cultures and behaviours of all staff members encouraging the use of best practice methodologies and operating in a sound, ethical and lawful manner.
I am available for immediate start and seek an opportunity to further develop my career where I can work autonomously in engaging a broad range of stakeholders and drive change towards the common objective of improving safety performance across the organisation.
