RESPONSIBILITIES:-
? Study of contract documents and defining the scope of work based on the contract documents.
? Preparation of billing break-up, project execution schedule in MS Project (L1 & L2 schedule) and material dispatch schedule.
? Preparation of drawings and documents like QAP, Technical Data Sheets, Site Layouts and doing calculations like Back Pressure, Battery Sizing, Deration, Pump Head, Pipe Sizing, Ventilation Requirements etc.
? Submission of drawings and documents to Client/Consultants for their approval.
? Co-ordination with Client/Consultants for their approval of submitted drawings and documents.
? Timely releasing of approved drawings and documents for manufacturing.
? Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on the approved drawings and documents and floating enquiry of the same to sub-contractors.
? Evaluating offers of sub-contractors with respect to the contract documents.
? Liaising and finalizing sub-contractors for Mechanical, Civil and Electrical works.
? Follow up for timely release of Purchase Orders to sub-contractors.
? Keeping a track of manufacturing of equipment?s with daily progress reports.
? Arrangement for Inspection, Dispatch and timely Billing.
? Fabrication and Installation of the following at site as per the approved drawings and documents.
? Chimney and 30 meter Support Structure for Exhaust Pipes.
? Exhaust piping work (200 mm dia to 400 mm dia) from DG set to support structure/chimney.
? Bulk Oil Tank (5 KL to 90 KL) an underground tank for storing High Speed Diesel.
? Fuel piping work between Bulk Oil Tank to Day Tank and from Day Tank to DG set.
? Cooling Towers, Pumps and its Piping works.
? Heat Exchangers and its Piping works.
? Coil Coolers and its Piping Works.
? Hot Air Discharge ducts from DG set radiator to atmosphere.
? Wet Ventilation and Dry Ventilation units and its ducting works.
? LT and HT Panels, NIS & NGR Panel, Auxiliary Panels, MCC Panel, AMF Panel and Control Panels.
? Gas piping works.
? Moisture Separation Units, Pressure Regulator Values and Vapor Absorption Machines.
? Earthing Systems.
? Ensuring that all works at site is carried out in accordance with specifications, ASME standards, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements.
? Attending meeting with clients/consultants and coordinating with sub-contractors to resolve the site issues.
? Providing technical direction to our technicians and junior engineers.
? Reviewing of site expenses on fortnightly basis in terms of budget to control expenses.
? Ensuring the completion of projects within the Time Frame, Site Testing and handing over the site to client/consultants.
? Certifying payment release to sub-contractors.
? Site closure actions like Reconcile Material, Reconcile Payments and Collect back BG and Retention payment.
