Complaint Management:
Monitor & handle complaints received from country wide related to Credit & collections for SBP,banking Mohtasib,CEO,Social Media,Phone banking & all complaint systems(CEMS/LMS).
Maintain good coordination with other departments & stakeholders for quick & proper resolution.
Ensure Timely and effective resolution of customer complaints,confining them to breach regulator given timeline to save penalties.
Financial Performance:
To conduct analysis on performance variation of Collection team country wide and report to Group & Senior management.
Monthly analysis of Budget Vs Actual and report to Senior Management.
Insurance Claim:
Coordinate with Regions & concern Insurance company for the processing of Insurance claim.
