· Looking after all the activities related to Assets Management of all Development Blocks including Tight Gas Projects
· Correspondence & Close Co-ordination with Internal & External Stakeholders including Ministry/Government Authorities, JV Partners and OMV Internal Sections/departments.
· Responsible for management of all In-coming & Outgoing E-mails/faxes i.e. Latif, Gambat, TGS projects and updating Manuals on Web Portal (when ?required)?
· Maintaining and keeping the record up-to-date for all JV correspondence, Technical documents, Presentations, AFE approvals, Agreements on Assets drive & on the Web portal and Ensuring availability of correspondence for easy access
· Updating Approval Tracking Sheet with regards to approval status of Assets on Web Portal for all development Projects
· Keep track and assist to address all incoming queries & follow-up with internal interfaces for smooth working.
· Assist in the matters & Issues related to Gas buyers (SNGPL & SSGCL), i.e. Annual Contract Quantity (ACQ), Annual Turn Around (ATA) ti?mings and Curtailment plan
· Preparation & Issuance of Weekly & Monthly Reports
· Update all Reports on Assets Drive, Web Portal i.e. Weekly Report, Weekly Condensate Report, Monthly Asset Report, Monthly Production Report, Monthly Engineering Report, Monthly Sales Gas Figures, and Monthly ACQ Nominations etc.
· Organize TCM/OCM meetings, Special Meetings with Joint Venture Partners , Dry Runs and other Technical and Managerial Meetings i.e. Issuance of Agenda, Venue, Invitation, Material preparation etc. And harmonizing all Admin arrangements /IT support related to meetings
· Planning and Scheduling the meeting/appointments of ADM with Ministry/Govt. Authorities wherever required
· Compilation of Minutes of Meetings and follow-up for close out
· Coordination with Internal stakeholders for preparation of "Assets Activity Meeting Calendar for the year
· Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests from the JVP?s, Ministry officials
· Managing Calendars Invitation for all business meetings via MS Outlook
· Keeping Updated Record of contact details of JV Partners/ External Stakeholders & Regulating Government Departments
· Travel Arrangements and Reimbursements for official, Business trips of ADM via TAPS
· Assist ADM for Safety Management Walk Around Audit at workplace & fields and record it in CARE software
· Maintain close working relationship with external & Internal interfaces
· Assist to monitor & implement governance guidelines & schedule issued by OMV E&P ?
· Perform all work in compliance with HSSE Policies and Procedures.
