? Prepare Project Estimation for New build offshore vessels, Structures etc. Estimation & Costing of work to be executed for Vessels, Approvals & Certification from Class.
? Estimate accurately scope of work related to Rig Structure & Fabrication which includes client scope as well as Company scope with proper breakdown of each stage of Fabrication, Erection sequences, Formulate the quantum of work/BOQ.
? Prepare BOQ for procurement of various system equipment, Steel and Piping items and the MTO take off lists.
? Carry out Feasibility studies to Estimate materials, Time and labor costs.
? Monitors and Controls the Cost of projects and Optimizes the use of available resources, Particularly the Labor and Materials and implements work procedures that prevents wastage.
? Prepare project estimates for Structural and Pipeline fabrication and installation for clients like ZADCO, ADMA, ARAMCO, NIOC etc.
