? Coordinating with shipping lines regards to booking containers, updating vessel arrivals, departures and relevant ports monitoring shipments.
? Manage all activities related to import such as import schedule, d/o collection & extension, DO request letter to shipping company.
? Sending pre-alert messages to customers and keeping them well informed through phones & emails.
?Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to the Warehouse
