Reporting directly to the Director- Services, I am responsible for providing contractual support when MHIRJ enters into sales agreements with Customers or in supply agreements with Service Providers in support of such Customers (e.g. FlightLink, Maintenance Program optimization, Data Licenses, Smart Parts - parts services, mobile repairs, Authorized Service Facilities, Authorized Training Providers, Pilot support, etc).
? Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand the specific Business Unit needs, allowing such needs, as well as the required legal protections, to be properly captured on any applicable contractual documentation;
? Customize, negotiate and amend the support and services contractual documentation and contracts with Customers and Service Providers, in line with the objectives of MHIRJ policies and the support and services Business Unit expectations;
? Responsible to assess the contractual risks and to propose relevant and approved risk mitigations;
? Liaise with internal stakeholders to draft new templates of contractual documents for new services provided by MHIRJ to Customers and to regularly update existing templates;
? Perimeter: services and support contracts, chargeable support, digital solutions;
? Involve MHIRJ legal support when needed;
? Be responsible for the applicable governance, by means of getting or arrange to be provided business approvals for the deals being contracted and collecting the required signatures;
? Contribute to the establishment of standardized contracts management system and contractual terms in line with MHIRJ?s directives;
? Maintain a high level of satisfaction in the relations with my external customers, as well as my internal stakeholders.
