Full time employment for the Municipal Animal Shelter ? Duties include intake (high volume 20-50+ animals per day) and health assessment of all incoming animals and claiming procedures upon release. Administrative duties: scheduling daily appointments, gathering client information and detailed communication memos with accurate record keeping using various computer programs, including Chameleon database system. Also utilizing OHS and neighborhood resources to educate and inform the community while fulfilling requests for clients in a respectful and professional manner. Also responsible for daily cash reconciling and debit/credit balancing.
