? Operating and Handling of BMS server ( Metasys, EBI, Design insight)
? Trouble shooting and Preventive maintenance of DDC panel Supervisory controller and field devices.
? Trouble shooting of FCU, AHU, FAHU Motor control center panel (Star delta starter, VFD starter).
? Operating and Preparing Alarm and trend report of BTUMeter, HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, Fire alarm equipments.
? Ensure all energy saving measures for all building service area monitored, maintained and modified accordingly.
? Trouble shooting of Central AC equipments system.
? Generating the Daily temperature reading report from BMS system.
? Maintenance of Fire alarm system.
? Wiring and Terminations of VAV and VFD.
? Thermostat connections for all types of Split unit and FCUs.
? Able to check AHU Peripherals like T&RH sensors, Damper Actuators, cooling coil Actuators, Thermostat, Differential pressure switch, CO2 Sensors.
? About knowledge of Chiller plant and Chiller Circulation cycle.
? Database Maintenance,Reporting,Scheduling as Daily, Weekly and monthly basis
