Main Responsibilities-
? Verifying ITP, statutory & regulation, project specification, standard engineering documents, recommended practices & specifications for engineering and International codes & standards
? Verifying drawings are in accordance with project specification
? Verifying NDT personnel qualification shall in accordance with project specification
? Verifying welding equipments, tools and Instruments are valid calibrated and fit to use
? Giving assist to client representative/ third party inspector during fabrication & inspection activities
? Verifying all documents such as mill certificates, MRIR, fit up report, dimensional report, visual report, NDT report, Perform fit up and visual inspection based on shop drawing
? Verifying procedures for all construction activities such as WPS, material inspection procedure, repair procedure, NDT procedures shall in accordance with governing rules, codes & standards and client specification and acceptable for the work
? Verifying the raw material and mill certificates (inspection test certificates) shall in accordance with project specification
? Verifying welder performance qualification RT film, dimensional report prior submission to client representative/ third party inspector
? Arranging availability of MDR project
