? Manage and maintain quality system to AS9100, ISO 9001 and CSA Z299.4 Standard.
? Prepare and update PFMEAs, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives as required.
? Provide training to personnel.
? Prepare metrics and management reports.
? Monitors all reports of non-compliance resulting from customer, registrar and regulatory audits to ensure corrective action plans are in place.
? Correspond with customers on issues affecting quality.
? Ensure all root cause, corrective, preventative and continual improvement actions are taken. ? Provides leadership and facilitation to cross-functional business processes that support the overall quality system.
? Manage a team of quality assurance inspectors.
? Leads development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of system(s) and processes that ensure the correct documentation/information/instructions.
? Validate process control plans as required.
