Job responsibilities:
- Assisting in forwarding Screening Questionnaire to all registered bidders.
- Assisting in monitoring of Screening Questionnaire responds.
- Assisting in sending ITB document to bidder.
- Collecting submission of ITB from bidder.
- Assisting in procurement and sourcing task.
- Preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) document.
- Evaluate the technical and commercial that submitted from bidder for RFQ.
- Preparing Technical Clarification for RFQ.
- Assisting in typing memo and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- To issuing and generate Purchase Order from SAP system.
- Assisting in related Contract Management task.
- Undertake administrative tasks relevant to Supply Chain Management Department.
- Do proper and systematic filing.
- Assisting in compiling Management Committee (MC) paper.
- Assisting in preparing and compiling Tender Committee (TC) paper.
- Assisting in preparing refreshment and meeting room arrangement.
- To assist and perform any other functions and responsibilities as stipulated by the management by time to time.
