? End to End warehouse management by supporting Warehouse manager for stock controls, transfer plans, stock availability, & ensuring Compliance of Warehouse SOP?s at territory.
? Monthly stock closings, daily, weekly & monthly reporting to HO related to warehouse operations & coordination with HO for execution of territory business plans.
? Managing Departmental Purchases, CAPEX & OPEX utilization, WH costs drivers.
? Managing internal & external audits & ensuring safety and HSE requirements are met.
? Supporting WH Mgr. To meet business KPI?s related to warehouse operations. Effectively controlling product losses/ damages & shortages as per set standards.
? Maintaining smooth flow of vehicle loading & loading with focus to improve vehicle flow in WH.
? Process mapping, warehouse infrastructure development, & ensuring max space utilization for efficient operations. Being the GMP champion for the area.
? Fleet management of Forklifts for their repair and maintenance with keeping LPG consumption in check. Freight management with finding new alternates of cost reduction.
? Ensuring SAP & BASIS to be up to date. Supporting production team for raw material planning & availability as per requirement with space optimization in check.
? To ensure stocking and loading of products according to FEFO/FIFO rules. Accurate reporting of product aging on weekly basis.
? "Accurate inventory to be maintained (FG) and conduct weekly cycle count and need to ensure zero variances in monthly stock count (both internal & finance). "
? Managing the Warehouse requirement such as contract labor in order to support Warehouse operations at respective location within BP limits for Location FG.
? "Planning and managing the shift operations at his respective location in order to ensure the effective usage of resources as and when required "
? Create opportunities and resources to answer development needs and training necessities and development of staff.
? To provide support to WH manager in controlling apex. Not to exceed budgets.
? To effectively control product losses/damages (wastages) & Shortages as per set standards during product (Finished Goods & Raw Materials) storage/handling.
