?Overseeing the day - to - day operations of the Restaurant.
Responsible for the operation of every section of the restaurant. Training for staff including scheduling the staff according to daily operation requirement.
?Coordinating and cooperating closely with other departments such as kitchen for restaurant requirements. (Food Preparation, Housekeeping, Engineering and Stewarding).

?Monitoring/minimizing Gain/Lost of the restaurant equipment including breakage, damages of China ware/glass/flat wares, line etc.
Ensuring of the hygiene of Restaurant all the time and ACCOR Standard is properly implemented in daily operation of restaurant all the time.
