My current duties as an Assistant Director entails: Support the strategic planning processes; Monitoring departmental performance against pre-determined objectives; Evaluate implementation of departmental programmes, projects or other initiatives; Assist programmes with their M&E initiatives Conduct regular analysis of departmental performance data and formulate recommendations to address the weaknesses; Ensure compliance with all public sector planning, monitoring and evaluation prescripts; Assist with coordinating integrated planning and reporting in the Department; Manage the MPAT KPA 2; Assist with compilation and implementation of SDIP; Perform any other duties that might be expected from time to time; Support the implementation of effective actions and processes to ensure that deadlines are met.
