In my tenure, at MB I worked in the qualitative department where I interacted with various clients such as PepsiCo, GSK, Google, Phillips etc providing end to end research from the inception where the brief was broken down, discussed and a proposal was prepared till the research presentation was presented to the client. I played a vital role in conducting field work and interacting with clients on consumer expectations. The research was mostly conducted to understand the communication that each brand was conveying and how to consult the client to prepare an integrated Marketing campaign/ Communication platform.
