Initially hired as Director for Employee Engagement handling Employee Relations, Services and Labor Relations, Mr. Dignadice was also tasked with concurrently leading a second department: Learning & Development, which also includes Organization Development.
Mr. Dignadice has reviewed the current offerings of the start-up, pre-opening property and has already added to the portfolio of programs already currently being offered by introducing Supervisorial and Management Training Programs to the roster of programs.
