Responsible for configuration and management of all IT related environment including complementing technologies. It includes monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all the hardware resources, systems and key processes, and reviewing system and application logs as part of troubleshooting and maintaining high availability. Handles and resolve the issue within the timely manner and escalate to the management as needed. Responsible for performing mission critical technical support and other technologies on our Datacenter can also be assigned as a secondary responsibility. Performs an integral role for computer software development firms, network systems vendors, software training companies, software and hardware manufacturers. I am the first line of help when customers encounter problems or defects with products and programs by responding to emails and perform in-person support sessions. I have a combination of technical and interpersonal attributes, good judgment, clear communication skills and the ability to help others. Diagnose computer hardware, network systems and computer software programs accurately and quickly. We walk customers through problems, train them to install software packages and respond to questions about network systems. We also handle printing queries; hardware questions and report bugs users find in software programs.
