My present position of union council polio worker at WHO has taught me the significance of clear communication and friendly work in a team. In my current role, before the campaign I collect data for planning the area and logistic distribution among teams, supervision and most importantly social mobilization, during the campaign collect data for monitoring of the teams and after the campaign evaluation of the teams on the basis of Intra-campaign monitoring and post-campaign monitoring data. I have received excellent performance evaluations from my managers and my contribution have been formally recognized.
