?Preparation of technical documents and drawings for submitting to the authorities for discussions and approvals. Reviewing technical submittals, preparation of comment sheets and correspondences. Ensuring execution of work as per contract specification and approved design.
?Conducting material inspection under the scope of work. Checking and endorsing payment certificates in conjunction with Contract BOQ and project scope of work.
?Review of Variation Orders in conjunction with Contract conditions and preparation of reports / negotiation with Contractor and submitting recommendations.
?Representing the employer in technical, progress meetings and preparation of minutes of meeting.
?Evaluating & reporting the work progress to the stakeholders. Facilitating preparation of monthly progress / technical reports and proposals. Raising NCR and coordinating with various parties for resolving the issues arising during execution.
?Monitoring the progress of work / critical path activities in conjunction with the approved construction schedule and highlighting the delays, analyzing the recommendations for recovery.
?Reviewing technical submissions / shop drawings and preparation of comments / recommendations.
?Inspection at PAC / FAC stage and preparation of snags, recommendations to Clients.
?Managing preparation and review of Inventory reports / final account and close-out B.O.Q for projects.
