DESIGNATION : 2G/3G/WIMAX & LTE/PMP (CAMBRIDGE RADIO) SURVEILLANCE ,OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER.
Currently working on the MTN NOC Project with LM Ericsson Nigeria ltd (Managed Services ) as 2G,3G node B/ wimax LTE Engineer / RF Opimazation . Interacted with the customer and cross functional teams to ensure project progress. Coordinated with national team for features testing and to complete major regional projects.Performed RF design and optimization as well as coordinated with technicians and third-party clients to accomplish successful project delivery.Schedule and accomplish site surveys.Managed all deliverable and supervised complete implementation of KPI improvement projects.Specialty in overall Wimax LTE,2G and 3G RAN-RBS (NODE B) fault/alarm clearing and troubleshoot. Proficient usage of different telnet software (Java-based and PC-based) e.g. Imanager (M2000), OSS,ACC, REMEDY,Xbrowser, FACT to access and troubleshoot different huawei and ericsson 2G and 3G RAN products(BSC, RNC, NODE B,2G BTS). Also able to work as a back/front office surveillance engineer. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding transmission (e1s) links on both, Wimax LTE(Huawei), 2G and 3g.proficient in Ericsson 2G and 3G NODE integration .

? Perform Operation and Maintenance activities on RNC, Wimax/LTE, RBS and PMP radio
? RNC and Wimax /LTE integration.

? Upgrade SW in RNC, Wimax /LTE and RBS
? Loading ARW and Bulkcm Script using OSS
? Troubleshoot and Maintenance of RNC, Wimax /LTE, RBS and PMP radio
? Performing ATP for RNC, Wimax/LTE and RBS
? Performing call tracing (real time) to see if any problem with network users.
? Upgrade SW in RNC, Wimax/LTE and RBS
Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem.
Ensure all docket information are capture in activity log
Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs.
Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages.
Assist the FO shift leader in producing activity report for KPI calculation.
Check and certified new network elements to be commissioned in operation environment within agreed KPI. (BIS)
