? Set agenda and organize HSE meetings at the contractors? worksites.
? Act as focal point for HSE skills competency development for the vendors.
? Cascade learning from incidents / best practices.
? Develop and implement medical emergency response plans for contractor.
? Organize site specific HSE audits and track close out of actions from such audits.
? Organize site specific emergency drills to cover all credible scenarios in logistics.
? Manage vendor HSE data reporting.
? Organize quarterly HSE business plan review and annual HSE- MS management review of the vendor organization.
