? Improved the Heineken GSC taste test score on ?33?Export Lager beer and MORE Lager beer from 3.7 and 3.8 average ending 2012 to 3.3 and 3.5 in 2015 by focusing on first time right (FTR).
? Reduced brew house/Cellar extract loss from 10.0% in Q1 2013 to 3.0% in Q1 2016 by focusing on minor leakages and gelagering.
? Implemented and standardized DCS I & II meetings in the brewing department (Daily Control System).
? Implemented functional process based monitoring triggers on performance indicators which are relevant inputs for DCS meetings.
