? Participated actively in 3-year strategy to define three pillars of service: CORE (ERP), FAST TRACK (Agile), and INNOVATION (Digital).
? Directed implementation of (ITIL) ServiceNow to reduce 7 ticket system to single ITIL-compliant one servicing and average of 7,000 calls per month.
