After a trail of impeccable success record, I was given the opportunity of taking up this role wherein I have the onus of entire project management activities for IT infrastructure and development projects including requirements gathering, analysis and final execution of projects in association with dedicated project team of 50 members. Part of my profile also includes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects as per stipulated schedules and within budgeted allocations as well as building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Other responsibilities include network expansion, evaluating franchises, sales as well as launching incentive schemes. In addition, I have the responsibility of data migration from TNT to Startrek as well as re-building dead eSpeedage application and its implementation. I hold the credential of playing a stellar role in the finalization & implementation of Android mobile base delivery system as well as the GPS tracking system, In addition, converting 700 users from MS Office to Open Office saving nearly 2 crores along on license and converting from Ricoh to a new printing solution saving nearly 30 Lakhs per annum printing cost. Some my other achievements till date with the company include: implementing & maintaining implemented and maintaining Hybrid Cloud Data Center (On Sify) for Application, Database and SAP, 75 seated call center (ISP Drishti) and maintain its IT infrastructure, Service desk solution along with training to all 800 + employee, a separate franchisee portal to provide complete information on their business and centralize consignment entry cell at HO. Also, retained 2 years IT Opex budget same or lower through introduction of services and appointed 60 franchisees in span of one year.

In this role, I was accountable for proving IT infrastructure solutions as well as implementation of IT policy Procedures and Manage Audit, MPLS connectivity of VSNL at road location, Access Point, Biometrics, DVR & IP Cameras at 30 major HUBs and 50 Major service centres, MWW, MWI scanners, Nation-wide new telephony system and thus bringing every desk within a CUG network which caused a saving of 22% per year than previous year. I also managed IT integration, infrastructure roll out to 168 road locations, GPS vehicle tracking project rollout, UPS management, depot infrastructure management, RPP management, Ricoh project, asset refreshment and new system/application rollout amongst many others.
