Responsible for monitoring the events through the tools like Solar winds and Service now. ? Engaged in raising the incident for the polling count that exceeds the threshold limit.? Involved in reducing the duplication of ticket by doing the cross check among the ticket logging tool.? Producing the report that comprises the number of tickets occurred, reduction of duplication among the ticket, creation of new ticket on daily basis.? Preparing POA for Major changes on UC related queries.? Coordinating With CAB team to get the approval for Major Changes
