? To ensure the anytime audit readiness of the site in terms of infrastructure, machinery and utilities like process and purified water systems, Vapor absorbing machine, brine plants, Nitrogen plant, air compressor with drier as per the site objectives.
? To ensure that compliance (regulatory, statutory and legal) , implemented and monitored regularly. To adhere to principles of Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
? To bring about Improvement in machinery availability, supply and availability of utilities and time bound repair of machinery and equipments (along with the relevant records) for the production of products
? Operation,Maintennace & routine testing of utility equipments
? Co ordinate with the production and maintenance groups to increase the uptime of assets
? To ensure the validation/ qualification protocols are prepared and reviewed as per requirements
? To maintain records and documents as per SOPs
? Ensure that the equipment and related systems ( both and new ) are (re) qualified / ( re) validated as per schedule
? To ensure cGMP implementation , validation and documentation of utilities
? To ensure that all the drawings and technical specifications of the production equipment and system in his area is updated
? To ensure cGMP implementation in respective area as per QMS
? To introduce initiatives to reduce cost , save energy and other utilities
? Trouble shooting with an objective of finding permanent solution
? Ensure good housekeeping , safe working environment and SHE targets in utilities
? Liasioning ( with peers and outside agencies ) to meet business objectives
? AMC and vendor management in respective area
? ECM projects- Condensate recovery from 42% to 52 % by installing PPPPUs.
? Excess air controlling in the coal fired boiler thereby reducing fuel consumption by 3 %.
? Cooling tower Consolidation- Thereby reducing the power consumption by 55 KW/ day.
? Process & purified water systems
? Installation of Side stream filters for cooling towers.
? Installation of new air compressor.
? Installation and commissioning N2 plant.
? 2000TR cross flow cooling tower E&C
? Utility performance Monitoring
? GLR & SSR reactors up to 5 KL Breakdown works and Preventive maintenance.
? Centrifuges up to 48 Inch Trouble shooting and Breakdown works.
