? Managing PAN India wise day to day Operations with 600 ATMs in 3 states for all PSU Banks.
? Monitoring FLM Calls and Cash Indent operations of MSP?s and make sure that FLM calls are closed within TAT and cash loading on time to avoid penalty.
? Resolving the technical issue and giving remote support to custodians.
? Handling Customers Escalation and ensure to deliver the best quality customer service.
? Publishing different reports to management and internal team to ensure data being projected accurately. Sending Reports (Up time Report, CDR, Chronic, MSP wise FLM performance) to Customers and Internal Team
