? Heading the Category of Pharmaceutical business development unit (especially for new and dull moving brands) and responsible for all their brand marketing/promoting activities. The Category is made up of over 100 staff (managers, supervisors, officers).
? Ensuring that appropriate technical strategies, policies and SOP?s are developed and implemented that address and achieve the organization?s sales objectives in keeping with consumer pathways.
? Working with the Chairman of the Group to manage the overall annual budget, Production, Supply Chain and Administration.
? Contributing to the management of the Sister Companies within Orange Group Limited? Orange Kalbe Ltd (OKL) and Orange West Africa Ltd (OWAL)
? Representing the image, face and voice of the Organization at all times.
? Responsible for recommending business development and brand building strategies that will achieve positive impacts on the brand?s image, perception and other Brand Health Indicators (BHIs)
