? valve inspection, disassembling, maintenance and reinstatement.
? assembling and torque tightening of bolted flange connections and fluid leaks control.
? confined space entry, fpso tanks inspections, cleaning and evacuation of waste materials.
? conduct otp on produce water lines and equipment such as: wash water, degassing drum, hydrocyclone, compact flotation unit (cfu), separators and sand management skid.
? carrying out official otp on chemical injection lines which includes: injection of chemicals, line flushing and line purging.
? use p&id, pfd, ufd and ga to carry out mechanical completion line walks on mechanical process systems, compiled and close-out punch list as per specification in the fpso project.

Maintenace Technician

? maintenance, servicing and pressure testing to determine, safety, reliability and leak tightness of client equipment such as control panel (cp), hydraulic power unit (hpu), and other pressure systems.

? maintenance and use of instrumentation systems like valves, filters, liners, fittings and connectors.

? compilation of work pack which include job-orders, procedures, test permits and timesheets.
