? Prepare QHSE Documents for various Petrochemical projects for Shell, Caltex, BP, Puma and others as required
? Prepare and/or develop SWMS eg Underground Service Tank removal and replace; Trench excavation; Fuel transfer and delivery; Shoring; Confined Space; Working at Heights; Underground pipework installation?.etc
? Prepare weekly client QHSE reports re project updates
? Conduct incident investigations when required and closeouts
? Develop SWMS; SOPs; QHSE Plan; Risk Assessments; Work Procedures for other construction projects
? Contractor mobilisation and audits eg Electrical works; Surveying; Concrete/Civil works & Crane Lifting operations
? Prepare and deliver site inductions; Weekly toolbox and daily prestart meetings
? Monitor and Conduct QHSE audits followed by corrective actions (when required)
? Develop emergency plans for site activities & Co-ordinate rescue and emergency practices
? Oversee all QHSE requirements for High Risk Activities and permits eg Gas Test monitoring, Working at Heights; Confined Space; Hot Work Activities and Civil Construction, Crane activities and Demolition
