* Preventive, corrective and break down maintenance activities on Asab Field facilities, surface production equipment and sand tracks in ADCO South East Asset covering oil/gas/water injection wells, oil and gas processing plants, water injection systems, water treatment plants, maintenance & pigging of various flow lines & transfer lines and maintenance of various types of valve according to Standard procedures.
*Use of workshop facilities and supervision of lifting operations using lifting equipment and carrying out sand clearance / excavation activities using man power and mechanical plant or equipment in ADCO South East field.
The tasks included receiving maintenance work orders, determining priorities and application of appropriate standard procedures in conjunction with Operations engineer, identifying and ordering required materials / spares / equipment, liaising with counterparts in operations to obtain release of equipment for maintenance, preparing necessary work permits, and executing work on site and/or in workshop.
* Ensuring availability of adequate level of consumable materials and spares in local store and arranging for delivery of materials from ADCO?s general stores.
* Troubleshooting various process maintenance and operation problems and consulting with Operations Engineer and colleagues as required.
*Assisting and participating in complex maintenance and repairs activities carried out by specialists, as required.
* Participating in shutdown activities and in preparation of equipment for internal inspection, involving steaming, cleaning, de-sludging and condition monitoring duties as assigned by Operations Engineers.
* Scaffolding Erection with valid certification
* Valid UAE driving license.
*Implementation and observation of ADCO?s HSE policies and procedures
*Participating in major overhaul and shutdown maintenance activities as assigned by Operations Engineers.
This included carrying out shutdown preparation, data collection and condition monitoring duties as assigned.
*Carrying out minor modification work for piping and fittings under close supervision.
* Producing schematics to enable updating and production of ?as built? drawings.
*Ensuring the provision of adequate supply of non-stock materials, spares, consumable items in local stores and raising necessary documentation for issue of stock items and/or procurement of direct purchase items.
*Assisting my Supervisor in maintaining efficient workshop services in support of maintenance and operational activities.
*Participating in commissioning of projects and installation of new mechanical plant/equipment.

*Preparation of Hot, Cold and other work permits, as required.
*Obtaining the necessary approval prior to commencing maintenance and repair activities.
*Participating in the training and development of less experienced personnel by imparting knowledge and providing on-the- job training, as assigned.
*Understanding the Company health, safety and environmental policy and how it relates to my job. Performing my job in a safe and efficient manner, and familiarity with relevant safe working procedures and practices.
*Performing specific safety management system program activities assigned to me by my supervisor.
