Prepared HSE Training Schedules & Matrix, Drills, HSE Formats, HSE Audits Schedule Internal, and Weekly / Monthly HSE Meetings. Check MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) of Gases and Chemicals. Visit to the different sites at SAHIL, ASAB, and SHAH & HABSHAN and checked the safety issues prepared near misses/incident & accident reports, site inspection reports, vehicle inspection checklist, Road Safety, MPPE?s, site environmental report and equipment like Hiab, Welding Machines, Grinder Machines & Drill Machine, Air Compressor Inspection Checklist. Checked the fire extinguisher smock detectors, fire hydrant cabinet?s fire water and fire pump & fire alarm system and conduct trainings and drills. Implemented HSE Rules at sites as per ADCO HSEMS. Checked the lifting gears and equipments with correct color code and valid testing certificates To Prepared the HSE Documents as per OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001. Implement HSE polices according to company procedure. Visits to Hazard places and check MSDS and other safety issues. Daily Tool Box talk at site and working areas. Check oxygen in wind at smoke areas & Gas Test in restricted areas. Check wind pressure for lifting equipments with cranes. Implemented ROAD SAFETY POLICIES as per ADCO Safe Driving Procedures. Conducting weekly or monthly trainings for Drivers and discuss Night Driving Hazards, Fog Driving policy, Seat Belts Safety, Mobile Phone prohibition During Driving, Alcohol Policy, No Smoking Policy etc. Conduct BBSA (Behavior Base Safety Audit) for Drivers & Workers & Vehicles inspection weekly.
